Born in 1981

Dominika studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in Los Angeles as well as at Actors' Studio located at the Pinewood Studios, UK, where she did two short films in 2014. She holds BA in English Language Teaching.

Dominika began performing songs and poetry at an early age when she attended a kindergarten for military officers' families in Warsaw. She was visiting military headquarters to sing and recite poetry.

Her grandfather, Mieczyslaw Jastrzebksi, was a colonel in the Polish Airforce. He was a pilot navigator and, in the 70s and 80s, head of Air Traffic and Communication Aerodromes Directorate (now called Polish Air Navigation Services Agency).

She works as a voice-actress, voicing cartoon characters. She sings in commercials and writes her own songs and lyrics.

She loves skiing and plays tennis whenever she can. When she was 20 she had an accident during a kung-fu training. She suffered a complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in her knee. She decided to undergo a surgery to reconstruct the ligament in order to be able to ski again.
She has a wonderful dog (the breed is epagneul breton also called brittany) and two rather crazy cats.

Dominika began singing on stage at comic conventions at the age of 21. She did her best to learn Japanese to perform j-rock (Japanese rock). She did stage concerts for ten years. Her favorite Japanese name Rei was her inspiration for her nickname. Her real middle name is Joanna. She recorded songs for albums released by magazines published by Bauer press called Kawaii and Mangazine. For five years (1999-2003) Dominika worked as a freelance journalist for both magazines, writing articles about movie premieres, interviewing comic book publishers and taking a lot of pictures everywhere she went. She self-released her first single Secret in 2004. For five years she danced at the famous Egurrola Dance Studio in Warsaw, Poland.
